Returns

If you wish to return any item purchased from us, you must do so within 2 working days from the date of delivery.

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item is damaged or defective, please share clear pictures as proof before initiating the return request. If there is any other issue, kindly provide relevant details and evidence.

 

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you and proceed with an inspection to verify the reported issue or damage. After the inspection is complete, we will update you on the status of your refund.

  • If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or other payment modes).
  • The refund will be processed within 2-5 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s policies.
 

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped. 
  • Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
 

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. 
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
